I’m still amazed at what happened with SN8 (Serial Number 8) last week

Although the 15KM flight test ended with a bang, it was still an explosive success. SpaceX achieved yet another feat that’s never been done before in the rocket industry.

They successfully bellyflopped and flipped the rocket back upright again. In mid-air.

They’re also mass producing these stainless steel mammoths at such impressively rapid rate. Startship SN9 (Serial Number 9) will be firing any day now and up to SN15 (Serial Number 15) is already in the production queue.
